摘 要:研究炔醛法BDO(1,4-丁二醇)生产工艺中副产丁醇废液组分及特性,提出采用四塔精馏和层析分离相结合的分离工艺,打破丁醇-水、丙醇-水共沸体系,得到满足GB6027工业正丁醇优等品规格要求丁醇产品及满足GB338优等品要求甲醇产品。利用Aspen Plus软件,选择NRTL物性方程对分离工艺进行模拟及优化,重点考察脱醇塔操作条件对丁醇产品质量的影响。模拟结果显示脱醇塔最佳操作条件为:脱醇塔操作压力20 kPa(G),塔顶混合醇采出量1 000 kg/h,最小理论板数18块,丁醇废液进料位置第7块板进料,最佳回流比30。在此工况下得到的丁醇产品质量分数为99.7%,甲醇产品质量分数为99.92%,满足国标优等品要求。此工艺流程可指导炔醛法BDO生产工艺中副产丁醇废液回收丁醇产品及甲醇产品,减少废液处理费用,提升企业经济效益和盈利能力。The components and characteristics of by-product butanol waste liquid in the production process of 1,4-butanediol(BDO)by Reppe method were studied.It was proposed to use a combination of four-tower distillation and chromatographic separation to break the azeotropic system of butanol-water and propanol-water,so as to obtain butanol products that meet the requirements of GB6027 industrial n-butanol grade specifications,as well as methanol products that meet the requirements of GB338 grade specifications.Using Aspen Plus software,NRTL physical equation was selected to simulate and optimize the separation process,focusing on the influence of the operating conditions of the deutanol tower on the quality of butanol products.The simulation results show that the optimal operating conditions of the deutanol tower are as follows:deutanol tower operating pressure of 20 kPa(G),the amount of extraction from the top of the tower of 1000 kg/h,the minimum number of theoretical plates of 18,the seventh plate of the butanol waste liquid feeding location.Under this condition,the mass fraction of butanol product is 99.7%and the mass fraction of methanol product is 99.92%.This process can guide the recovery of butanol and methanol products from the by-product butanol waste liquid in the BDO production process of Reppe method,which can reduce the cost of waste liquid treatment and improve the economic efficiency and profitability of the enterprise.
