SMG健康管理模式下的延伸护理在高血压患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察SMG健康管理模式下的延伸护理在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月至2022年2月该院收治的126例高血压患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组各63例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施SMG健康管理模式下的延伸护理,两组均护理3个月。比较两组依从率,护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、血压(收缩压、舒张压)水平、自我管理能力[成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)]评分、自我效能感[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]评分和生命质量[Spitzer生活质量指数(SQOL)]评分。结果:研究组依从率为95.24%(60/63),高于对照组的82.54%(52/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组SAS、SDS评分和收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组AHSMSRS、GSES、SQOL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SMG健康管理模式下的延伸护理应用于高血压患者可提高依从率、自我管理能力评分、自我效能感评分和生命质量评分,降低血压水平和负性情绪评分,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of extended nursing under SMG health management model in patients with hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 126 patients with hypertension admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,63 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the extended nursing under SMG health management model on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The compliance rate,the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score,the blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)level,the self-management ability[adult health self-management ability scale(AHSMSRS)]score,the self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]score,and the quality of life[Spitzer quality of life index(SQOL)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The compliance rate of the study group was 95.24%(60/63),which was higher than 82.54%(52/63)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores as well the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the scores of AHSMSRS,GSES and SQOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The extended nursing under SMG health management model in the patients with hypertension can improve the compliance rate,the self-management ability scores,the self-efficacy scores and the quality of life scores,and reduce the blood pressure levels and the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
