摘  要:电力等能源消耗是制造企业的主要成本构成因素之一,节电降耗对于企业的利润改善和社会效益提升有重要作用。文献分析发现,制造企业的节电降耗主要分成技术创新和管理改善两个方面,相关的研究与实践也集中于这两条路径,但对于如何发挥这两条路径的协同作用及建立综合推进机制却未见有充分的研究。通过分析节能降耗的机会和所需的支持资源,总结出技术性和管理性节电增效推进力量的共性部分,并归纳出制造企业节电增效的技术与管理协同推进机制模型,然后依据该模型对4家案例企业的节电管理工作进行了实证分析并找出问题。该模型对于制造企业的节能降耗具有较好的指导意义。Energy consumption,such as electricity,is one of the main cost components of manufacturing en-terprises.Energy saving and consumption reduction play an important role in improving the profits and social benefits of enterprises.Literature analysis found that energy saving and consumption reduction in manufactur-ing enterprises mainly fall into two aspects:technological innovation and management improvement,and rele-vant research and practice are also focused on these two paths.However,there is no sufficient research on how to exert the synergistic effect of these two paths and establish a comprehensive promotion mechanism.By analyzing the opportunities of energy saving and consumption reduction and the required support resources,the common parts of technical and managerial power saving and efficiency promotion forces are summarized,and the technology and management collaborative promotion mechanism model of power saving and efficiency improvement in manufacturing enterprises is summarized.Then,based on this model,an empirical analysis of energy saving management in four case enterprises is conducted and problems are identified.This model has good guiding significance for energy saving and consumption reduction in manufacturing enterprises.
