摘  要:通过对上海市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗监测平台2022年数据分析,总结了上海市及主要类型公共建筑能耗监测和用能情况。2022年上海市累计有2195栋公共建筑联网,覆盖建筑面积逾1亿m2,联网建筑年总用电量为88.1亿kWh,年用电强度为84.4 kWh/m2。对不同类型公共建筑峰谷用电情况进行了对比,冬季峰谷比明显小于夏季,商场建筑峰谷比最大,旅游饭店建筑和医疗卫生建筑峰谷比较小。根据上海市推出的最新分时电价机制,对主要商业公共建筑尖峰时段用电量情况进行了统计分析,尖峰时段用电量可占尖峰所在月的总用电量的10%以上,尖峰电价的推出对促进削峰填谷具有一定的帮助。最后基于未来发展趋势,对在能耗监测基础上的公共建筑虚拟电厂建设和发展提出了展望。Through the analysis of the 2022 data from the energy consumption monitoring platform for state-level office buildings and large public buildings in Shanghai,the monitoring and utilization of energy consumption in Shanghai and main types of public buildings are summarized.In 2022,a total of 2,195 public buildings were connected to the network in Shanghai,covering a construction area of over 100 million m2.The total annual electricity consumption of the connected buildings is 8.81 billion kWh,and the annual electricity intensity is 84.4 kWh/m2.The peak-valley electricity consumption of different types of public buildings is compared.The peak-valley ratio in winter is significantly lower than that in summer,with the largest peak-valley ratio in shopping mall buildings,and the smallest in tourism hotel buildings and medical and health buildings.According to the latest time-sharing electricity pricing mechanism launched by Shanghai,a statistical analysis is conducted on the electricity consumption of major commercial public buildings during the peak period.The electricity consumption during the peak period can account for more than 10%of the total electricity consumption in the month of the peak.The introduction of peak electricity pricing has certain help in promoting the peak shaving.Finally,based on the future development trend,prospects for the construction and development of public building virtual power plants based on energy consumption monitoring are put forward.
