摘  要:居住建筑节能降碳是减少建设领域碳排放量的关键环节。了解我国居住建筑能耗现状,研究其节能降碳途径,对于降低居住建筑能耗水平、减少其碳排放具有重要意义。首先分析了我国居住建筑能耗统计情况,然后综述了不同气候地区居住建筑能耗现状,最后从新建居住建筑节能设计、既有居住建筑节能改造和提升民众节能降碳意识三个方面提出了居住建筑节能降碳途径。Energy saving and carbon reduction in residential buildings is a key link to reduce carbon emissions in the construction sector.Understanding the current situation of energy consumption of residential buildings in China and studying the ways of energy saving and carbon reduction are of great significance for reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions of residential buildings.Firstly,the statistical situation of energy consumption in residential buildings in China is analyzed.Then,the current energy consumption status of residential buildings in different climate regions is summarized.Finally,it puts forward the ways of energy saving and carbon reduction in residential buildings from three aspects:energy saving design of new residential buildings,energy saving transformation of existing residential buildings and raising people's awareness of energy saving and carbon reduction.
