摘　　要：为推进智慧化城市建设,智慧住区受到广泛关注,但仍存在问题,如缺少智能集约的统一管控平台。通过对苏州市部分智慧住区建设情况进行调研,分析既有平台类型及需求,结合“绿色、智慧、安全、服务”等设计原则,建立高集成度的绿色智慧住区管控平台,以期为今后住区的绿色智慧管控平台建设提供技术指导与建议。In order to promote the construction of smart cities,smart residential areas have received widespread attention,but there are still problems,such as the lack of a unified intelligent and intensive control platform.Through the investigation of the construction of some smart residential areas in Suzhou,the types and needs of existing platforms are analyzed,and combined with the design principles of"green,intelligence,safety,and service",a highly integrated green and intelligent residential area control platform is established,in order to provide technical guidance and suggestions for the construction of green and intelligent control platforms in residential areas in the future.
