摘 要:厢门不同开启状态对冷藏车厢体内部货物温度影响较大。以短途冷藏车为对象,建立了三维冷藏车的物理模型和CFD计算模型,搭建了冷藏车实验平台。通过采集获取厢体内部温度分布情况完成了CFD仿真计算模型的验证。利用该模型,模拟研究了厢门关闭、单侧厢门开启及两侧厢门均开启三种情况下厢体内部温度分布情况,并进一步研究了冷藏车制冷系统故障停机后厢体内部瞬态温度变化。研究结果表明:在室外温度为12℃、装载率为80%情况下,厢门开启情况对冷藏车近出风口货物影响不大,主要影响近厢门处的货物温度,厢门全开与厢门关闭情况下货物平均温度会上升21%。The different opening states of the compartment door have a significant impact on the temperature of the goods inside the refrigerated compartment.Taking short-distance refrigerated trucks as the object,a three-dimensional physical model and CFD calculation model of refrigerated trucks were established,and a refrigerated truck experimental platform was built.The verification of the CFD simulation calculation model was completed by collecting and obtaining the temperature distribution inside the compartment.Using this model,the internal temperature distribution of the car body is simulated under three conditions:the car door is closed,the door is opened on one side and the door is opened on both sides,and the transient temperature change in the car body is further studied after the refrigeration system of the refrigerated truck is shut down.The research results showed that:when the outdoor temperature is 12℃and the loading rate is 80%,the opening of the compartment door has little impact on the goods near the air outlet of the refrigerated truck,mainly affecting the temperature of the goods near the compartment door.The average temperature of the goods will rise by 21%when the compartment door is fully opened and closed.
