摘  要:为解决某型号高速工业缝纫机存在的送布效率低、易刮伤缝料等问题,课题组对其送料机构进行了参数优化设计。首先通过运动学计算,详细地分析了送料牙在运动过程中倾斜角度与主轴电机转角的函数关系;然后通过软件编程分析计算,获得送料机构零件参数的最优解;在此基础上,对其进行功能样机测试。结果表明:参数优化后的送料牙出、入针板时牙齿倾斜角度由原来的1.14°和1.30°分别减少至0.15°和0.02°,与理论计算结果相符。优化后的送料机构运行更加可靠,提高了缝纫机送布效率。In order to solve the problems of low cloth feeding efficiency and easy scratching of sewing materials of a certain type of high-speed industrial sewing machine,the parameters of the feeding mechanism was optimized.Firstly,through kinematic calculations,the functional relationship between the inclination angle of the feed tooth and the rotation angle of the spindle motor during the movement process was analyzed in detail;then,the optimal solution of the parameters of the feeding mechanism parts was obtained through software programming analysis and calculation;on this basis,the functional prototype was tested.The results show that after the optimization,when the feed tooth out and into the needle plate,the angle of inclination is reduced from 1.14°and 1.30°to 0.15°and 0.02°,respectively,which is consistent with the theoretical calculation results.The optimized feeding mechanism is more reliable in operation and increases the cloth feeding efficiency of the sewing machine.
