摘 要:目的 :了解中国佤族体部指标与握力的相关性。方法 :应用随机整体抽样法测量佤族562例成人(男238例,女324例)左、右手握力与9项体部指标,用Excel 2003、SPSS 19.0软件进行数据统计处理,通过独立样本t检验和Pearson线性相关法分析体部指标与握力的相关性。结果:佤族男、女间左、右握力、手宽、手长、上臂围、前臂围、上臂最大围、上肢全长、全臂长、上臂长、前臂长均存在显著差异,佤族男性各项测量指标均值均高于女性。佤族男性左、右握力与前臂围、上臂最大围、上臂围、手宽、上肢全长、全臂长、上臂长、前臂长8项指标间呈正相关,相关系数均具有统计学意义;佤族女性左、右握力与上臂围、前臂围、上臂最大围、手宽、手长、上肢全长呈正相关,相关系数均具有统计学意义。佤族男、女左、右握力均与年龄呈负相关,相关系数具有统计学意义。佤族男性左、右手握力之间差异无统计学意义,佤族女性左、右手握力之间差异有统计学意义。结论 :中国佤族男、女间各项体部指标与握力存在性别差异,其握力变化符合握力随年龄变化的一般规律,左、右握力与部分体部指标具有一定相关性,但其相关性在男、女间有所不同。Objective:To explore the correlation between physical measurements and grip strength of Wa adults in China.Methods:The random cluster sampling method was used to measure the left and right grip strength of 562 adults from the Wa ethnic group in China(238 males,324 females)along with nine physical measurements.The data were statistically processed by Excel2003 and SPSS19.0 software,and the independent sample t-tests and Pearson linear correlation analysis were employed to examine the relationship between physical measurements and grip strength.Results:There were significant differences in the left and right grip strength,hand breadth,hand length,upper arm circumference,forearm circumference,maximum upper arm circumference,upper extremity length,total arm length,upper arm length,and forearm length between the males and females of the Wa ethnic group.The values of these measurements were higher for males than females.Among Wa males,there were positive correlations with statistical significance between the left and right grip strength and the eight measurements as follows:forearm circumference,maximum upper arm circumference,upper arm circumference,hand breadth,upper extremity length,total arm length,upper arm length,and forearm length.Among Wa females,grip strength showed positive correlations with upper arm circumference,forearm circumference,maximum upper arm circumference,hand breadth,hand length,and upper extremity length,and the correlation coefficients were statistically significant.The grip strength of both Wa males and females was negatively correlated with their age,and the correlation coefficients were statistically significant.The independent sample t-tests between the left and right grip strength of Wa males showed no statistical significance,while those of Wa females were statistically significant.Conclusion:There are gender differences in various physical measurements and grip strength between males and females of Wa ethnic group in China.The change of grip strength follows the general pattern of grip
