摘　　要：目的:分析脊髓电刺激联合呼唤刺激治疗昏迷患者的效果。方法:选取赣州市人民医院2021年7月—2022年8月收治的62例昏迷患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予呼唤刺激疗法,观察组给予脊髓电刺激联合呼唤刺激疗法。比较两组苏醒时间、意识状态、脑血流动力学指标及预后效果。结果:观察组总体苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05);苏醒前,两组意识状态、脑血流动力学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);苏醒后,观察组脑血流动力学指标均较对照组更低(P<0.05);苏醒后即刻及苏醒后24 h,观察组意识状态评分均较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,苏醒后格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脊髓电刺激联合呼唤刺激改善昏迷患者意识状态的效果显著,有利于患者的预后。Objective:To analyze the effect of spinal cord electrical stimulation combined with call stimulation in the treatment of patients with coma.Method:A total of 62 patients with coma admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given call stimulation therapy,and the observation group was given sspinal cord electrical stimulation combined with call stimulation therapy.The recovery time,conscious state,cerebral hemodynamics indexes and prognosis effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The overall recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Before recovery,there were no significant differences in the conscious state and cerebral hemodynamics indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After recovery,the cerebral hemodynamics indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after recovery and 24 h after recovery,the scores of conscious state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)after recovery was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spinal cord electrical stimulation combined with call stimulation can improve the conscious state of coma patients significantly,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
