摘　　要：目的:探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)患者健康素养与健康行为状况。方法:采用整群抽样法,选取2021年7月—2022年12月钦州市第一人民医院的214名SAHS患者作为研究对象,采用一般情况量表、健康素养量表和健康行为量表对患者进行调查并分析。结果:SAHS患者健康素养得分为(19.28±4.26)分,健康行为得分为(15.26±4.12)分,健康素养得分与健康行为得分呈正相关(r=0.548,P<0.01);年龄、文化程度、居住地、月收入和职业是SAHS患者健康素养的影响因素(P<0.01);年龄、文化程度、月收入和职业是SAHS患者健康行为的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:SAHS患者健康素养与健康行为状况尚有提升空间,应针对性采取干预策略帮助患者提高健康素养水平,改善健康行为。Objective:To explore the health literacy and health behavior of patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS).Method:By the cluster sampling method,214 patients with SAHS were selected from the First People's Hospital of Qinzhou from July 2021 to December 2022 as the research objects.The patients were investigated and analyzed with the general situation scale,health literacy scale and health behavior scale.Result:The score of health literacy of patients with SAHS was(19.28±4.26)scores,and the score of health behavior was(15.26±4.12)scores.The score of health literacy was positively correlated with the score of health behavior(r=0.548,P<0.01);age,cultural level,place of residence,monthly income and occupation were the influence factors of health literacy in SAHS patients(P<0.01);age,cultural level,monthly income and occupation were the influencing factors of health behavior in SAHS patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is still room for improvement in health literacy and health behavior of SAHS patients,targeting intervention strategies should be taken to help patients improve their health literacy and health behavior.
