摘　　要：随着社会快速发展和生活节奏加快,冠心病发病率逐年攀升且伴随多种并发症。冠心病合并焦虑抑郁是典型“双心”疾病,“双心”症状存在严重影响患者健康。本文通过对国内外冠心病患者合并焦虑抑郁情绪障碍的研究现状进行综述,总结冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的发病机制、危险因素及干预方法,以期为冠心病患者疏解焦虑抑郁等情绪障碍提供依据。With the rapid development of society and the accelerated pace of life,the incidence rate of coronary heart disease is increasing year by year and accompanied by a variety of complications.Coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression is a typical"Psycho-Cardiology"disease,and the"Psycho-Cardiology"symptoms seriously affect the health of patients.This paper reviews the research status of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression mood disorder at home and abroad,summarizes the pathogenesis between coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression,summarize the pathogenesis,risk factors and intervention methods,in order to provide basis for the treatment of anxiety and depression mood disorder in patients with coronary heart disease,in order to provide a basis for relieving anxiety and depression and other emotional disorders in coronary heart disease patients.
