系统超声检查在胎儿缺陷产前筛查中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨系统超声检查在胎儿缺陷产前筛查中的诊断价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在日照市妇幼保健院进行产检的3615例孕妇,均实施系统超声检查。以分娩结果作为金标准,计算系统超声检查的诊断效能,Kappa检验系统超声检查与金标准的一致性。结果金标准结果显示,阳性219例。系统超声检查的准确性为98.87%,特异性为99.18%,敏感性为94.06%。Kappa检验系统超声检查和金标准的一致性较好(Kappa=0.78)。结论系统超声检查在胎儿缺陷产前筛查中具有较高的准确性、特异性和敏感性,诊断价值较高。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of systematic ultrasonography in prenatal screening of fetal defects.Methods A total of 3615 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and all of them underwent systematic ultrasonography.Taking delivery results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency of the s ystematic ultrasonography was calculated.The consistency of systematic ultrasonography and the gold standard was tested by the Kappa test.Results Gold standard result showed that 219 cases were positive.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity were 98.87%,99.18%and 94.06%respectively.Kappa test showed that the s ystematic ultrasonography and the gold standard were in good agreement(Kappa=0.78).Conclusion Systematic ultrasonography has high accuracy,specificity and sensitivity in prenatal screening of fetal defects,and has hig h diagnostic value.
