磷酸肌酸钠联合复方黄芪口服液治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合复方黄芪口服液治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的效果。方法选取2020年3月至2023年2月于呼伦贝尔市中蒙医院儿科就诊的40例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组使用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用黄芪口服液辅助治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能和心肌酶谱。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组成熟T淋巴细胞(CD_(3)^(+))、诱导性T细胞(CD_(4)^(+))、CD_(4)^(+)/抑制性T细胞(CD_(8)^(+))水平均升高,CD_(8)^(+)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均降低,其中观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)、血清CK、CK-MB、LDH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合复方黄芪口服液治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿效果显著,能够调节免疫功能和心肌酶谱,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium combined with Compound Huangqi Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 40 children with viral myocarditis in the Department of Pediatrics,Hulunbuir Hospital of Chinese and Mongolian from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Creatine Phosphate Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Compound Huangqi Oral Liquid on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function and myocardial zymogram were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte(CD_(3)^(+)),inducer T cell(CD_(4)^(+))and CD_(4)^(+)/suppressor T cell(CD_(8)^(+))in the two groups increased,the levels of CD_(8)^(+),serum creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)decreased,and the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of CD_(8)^(+),serum CK,CK-MB,LDH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Creatine Phosphate Sodium combined with Compound Huangqi Oral Liquid treating children with viral myocarditis has significant effect and can regulate immune function and myocardial zymogram,which is worthy of promotion.
