安儿宁颗粒联合头孢丙烯颗粒治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨安儿宁颗粒联合头孢丙烯颗粒治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月泰安市岱岳区妇幼保健院收治的98例急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,采用抛币法分为两组,每组49例。参照组采用头孢丙烯颗粒治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用安儿宁颗粒治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组淋巴细胞、白细胞水平以及中性粒细胞计数低于参照组,咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音以及头痛好转时间均短于参照组,不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安儿宁颗粒联合头孢丙烯颗粒治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of An’erning Granules combined with Cefprozil Granules in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 98 children with acute bronchitis in Daiyue District Tai’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the m ethod of coin tos s,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Cefprozil Granules,while the study group was treated with An’erning Granules on the basis of reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lymphocyte and white blood cell and neutrophil count in the study group were lower than t hose in the reference group,the improvement time of cough,fever,lung rales and headache in the study group was earlier than that in the reference group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion An’erning Granules combined with Cefprozil Granules treating acute bronchitis in children has remarkable clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.
