基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理在输卵管不孕症宫腔镜治疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理在输卵管不孕症宫腔镜治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月在高青县高城中心卫生院接受宫腔镜治疗的100例输卵管不孕症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理,比较两组护理前后的情绪状态和生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理后焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理在输卵管不孕症宫腔镜治疗患者中应用,能够改善患者的情绪状态和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on Omaha system in patients with tubal infertility undergoing hysteroscopy treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with tubal infertility who underwent hysteroscopy treatment in Gaocheng Central Health Center in Gaoqing County from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing based on Omaha system.The emotional state,quality of life before and after nursing,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on Omaha system in patients with tubal infertility undergoing hysteroscopy treatment can improve the emotional state and quality of life of patients.
