人性化护理管理在女性精神分裂症康复期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理管理在女性精神分裂症(SCH)康复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月济南市天桥第二人民医院收治的82例康复期SCH女性患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)、观察组(41例)。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用人性化护理管理,比较两组精神状态、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组精神状态评分、心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理应用于康复期女性SCH患者能够改善心理和精神状态,提高护理满意率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management in female patients with schizophrenic(SCH)in rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 82 female patients with SCH in rehabilitation period in Jinan Tianqiao Second People’s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group received humanized nursing management.The mental state,psychological state and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the mental state score and psychological state score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in female patients with SCH in rehabilitation period can improve the mental and psychological state,increase the nursing satisfacti on rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
