摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下星状神经节联合臂丛神经阻滞治疗颈肩综合征患者的临床效果。方法选择本院于2019年7月~2021年1月期间收治的颈肩综合征患者80例,随机分组各40例,对照组采取超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞治疗,观察组采取超声引导下星状神经节联合臂丛神经阻滞治疗,测定治疗不同阶段患者的VAS评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)变化,评价两组治疗效果,测定肩关节功能改善效果。结果治疗1周及3周后,观察组VAS、HAMD评分降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Constant-Murley评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节联合臂丛神经阻滞治疗颈肩综合症是一种可靠、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion combined with brachial plexus block in the treatment of neck shoulder syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with neck shoulder syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block,and the observation group with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion combined with brachial plexus block.The changes in VAS score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)of patients at different stages of treatment were determined,and the improvement of shoulder function was evaluated.Results After 1 and 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the constant Murley score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stellate ganglion combined with brachial plexus block is a reliable and effective method in the treatment of neck shoulder syndrome.
