益赛普治疗强直性脊柱炎合并葡萄膜炎患者的效果观察及对CRP、ESR水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益赛普对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)合并葡萄膜炎患者治疗的效果,以及对此类患者C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2020年1月~2022年6月收治的23例AS合并葡萄膜炎的患者,分析益赛普治疗前后患者最佳矫正视力、眼部症状及CRP、ESR的变化情况。结果治疗后,患者最佳矫正视力明显提高、眼部症状显著改善,患者CRP及ESR水平均明显降低,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AS合并葡萄膜炎患者进行益赛普治疗能够显著改善眼部症状,控制疾病活动,降低CRP、ESR等炎症指标,具有良好的安全性。Objective To observe the efficacy of Yisaipu and its effects on C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)with uveitis.Methods Totally 23 patients with AS complicated with uveitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The changes of the best corrected visual acuity,eye symptoms,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were compared before and after Yisaipu treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the best corrected visual acuity and eye symptoms were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).In terms of serum inflammatory indexes,the level of CRP and ESR decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before(P<0.05).Conclusion Yisaipu therapy in patients with ankylosing spondylitis complicated with uveitis can significantly improve eye symptoms,control disease activity,reduce inflammatory indexes such as CRP and ESR,and has good safety.
