摘　　要：研究了采煤机电缆用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝缘材料的配合技术,从生胶的选择、软化增塑体系、补强填充体系、防老体系及硫化体系等方面进行了探讨,优化了配方。通过试验,所研制的采煤机电缆用EPDM绝缘材料具有优良的物理性能和电绝缘性能,生产工艺性好。The matching technology of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)insulation material for shearer cables was studied.The selection of raw rubber,softening and plasticizing system,reinforcing and filling system,anti-aging system and curing system were discussed,and an optimized formula was summarized.Through the test,the EPDM insulation material for the shearer cables has excellent physical,electrical insulation properties and good production process.
