摘 要:针对倾斜基底排土及排土场稳定性问题,以黑山露天煤矿北帮倾角15°~17°基底为工程背景,开展了排土方案与稳定性研究;分析了倾斜基底排土变形特征与滑动模式;开展倾斜基底15 m单台阶排土、组合台阶排土及最优排土角度分析研究;根据运输道路宽度与排土收纳能力,选取最优排土方案。结果表明:组合台阶宽度>20 m,排土台阶之间互不影响;排土边坡角<21°,边坡整体稳定性大于1.3;最终方案组合为台阶距离20 m,边坡角20.2°。Aiming at the problems of inclined basement dumping and dump stability,based on the engineering background of 15~17°basement in the north slope of Heishan Open-pit Coal Mine,the article carries out the research on the dumping scheme and stability.The article analyzes deformation characteristics and sliding mode of inclined base dumping,carries out analysis and research on 15 m single-bench dumping,combined-bench dumping and optimal dumping angle of inclined basement.According to the width of the transportation road and the storage capacity of the dumping,the optimal dumping scheme is selected.The results show that the width of the combined steps is more than 20 m,and the dumping steps do not affect each other;the slope angle is less than 21°,and the overall stability of the slope is greater than 1.3.Finally,the scheme combination step distance is 20 m and the slope angle is 20.2°.
