摘 要:为了解决露天煤矿外排土场边坡形态优化问题,基于逐水平形态优化理论,提出了外排土场边坡形态优化方法;以塔尔煤田Ⅱ区块露天矿外排土场边坡为工程背景,综合采用刚体极限平衡法与数值模拟技术,分析了原设计外排土场各帮边坡稳定性,对外排土场各帮边坡形态进行了优化,并分析了外排土场形态优化带来的经济效益。结果表明:外排土场各帮边坡+100 m水平设计平盘宽度为25 m,+120 m水平设计平盘宽度为20 m,新设计参数的外排土场比原设计参数的外排土场可多容纳9.16 Mm3的排弃物料,实现了在保证安全的前提下最大限度提高外排土场收容能力。In order to solve the problem of slope shape optimization of external dump in open-pit coal mine,based on the theory of horizontal shape optimization,the article puts forward a method of slope shape optimization of external dump.Taking the external dump slope of open-pit mine of Thar Coalfield Block Ⅱ as the engineering background,the article analyzes the stability of each slope of the original designed dump using rigid body limit equilibrium method and numerical simulation technology,and optimizes the shape of each slope.The article analyzes the economic benefits brought by the shape optimization of the external dump.The results show that the width of the horizontal design plate of each slope of the external dump is 25 m and the width of the horizontal design is 20 m.The external dump of the new design parameters can hold more 9.16 Mm3 than the original design parameters,which can maximize the holding capacity of the dump on the premise of ensuring safety.
