摘  要:为了改善当前穿爆作业过程中过度依赖人工经验的现状,结合智能化矿山建设的方向,在分析当前智能穿爆系统研究现状的基础上,根据南芬露天矿穿爆作业的需求,确定了智能穿爆系统的建设目标,阐述了南芬露天矿智能穿爆系统的组成及功能,分析了建设过程中利用距离加权插值方法对布孔设计中孔位的高程进行插值拟合及实际孔深采集等关键技术,提出了作业流程应具备从布孔设计、穿孔监控到验孔的过程管理。通过现场实际应用,系统整体运行稳定,水平定位精度达到10 cm以内,垂直定位精度小于20 cm,符合矿山实际需要。In order to improve the current situation of excessive reliance on manual experience in the process of blasting operations,combined with the direction of intelligent mine construction,this article analyzes the current research status of intelligent blasting systems,determines the construction goals of the system based on the needs of blasting operations in Nanfen Open-pit Mine,and elaborates on the composition and functions of the intelligent blasting system in Nanfen Open-pit Mine.The article analyzes the key technologies of using distance weighted interpolation method to interpolate and fit the elevation of hole positions in hole layout design and collect actual hole depths during the construction process,and proposes that the operation process should have process management from hole layout design,perforation monitoring to hole inspection.Through on-site practical application,the overall operation of the system is stable,with a horizontal positioning accuracy of less than 10cm and a vertical positioning accuracy of less than 20cm,which meets the actual needs of the mine.
