摘  要:肌少症既涉及复杂的遗传因素,也涉及可改变的危险因素,如缺乏锻炼、营养不良和神经动力减弱。认知障碍指的是智力和(或)智力功能减弱或受损。肌少症可促进认知障碍的发展,认知障碍可引起肌少症,两者互为因果。该文阐述了肌少症、认知障碍的危险因素,从肌动蛋白分泌失衡、血管功能障碍、神经肌肉系统的完整性受损、维生素D、慢性炎症、氧化应激、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、生活方式等方面对肌少症和认知障碍关联的可能机制进行初步探讨,以期为及时识别肌少症和认知障碍个体提供参考。Sarcopenia involves both complex genetic factors and modifiable risk factors such as lack of exercise,malnutrition and diminished neurodynamics.Cognitive impairment refers to diminished or impaired intelligence and/or intellectual functioning.Sarcopenia can contribute to the development of cognitive impairment,and cognitive impairment can cause sarcopenia,which are mutually reinforcing.This article elaborates the risk factors for sarcopenia and cognitive impairment,and provides a preliminary discussion of the possible mechanisms of the association between sarcopenia and cognitive impairment from the aspects of imbalance of actin secretion,vascular dysfunction,impaired integrity of the neuromuscular system,vitamin D,chronic inflammation,oxidative stress,diabetes mellitus,insulin resistance,and lifestyle,to provide reference for the timely identification of individuals with sarcopenia and cognitive impairment.
