伊伐布雷定在心血管疾病中的临床应用

摘　　要：伊伐布雷定是窦房结If电流的选择性抑制剂,具有特异性降低患者心率的效果,且在降低心率的过程中不会影响到心脏的收缩功能。以往的研究发现心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后与静息心率的增快相关,伊伐布雷定可通过抑制窦房结4期自动除极化速度减慢心率,从而在治疗心血管疾病中发挥效果,本文对近年来伊伐布雷定在心血管疾病中的临床应用进展进行总结。Ivabradine is a selective inhibitor of the If current in the sinus node,which possesses the effect of specifically reducing the heart rate of patients,without affecting the systolic function of heart during the process of reducing the heart rate.Previous studies have found that the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases are related to the increase in resting heart rate.Ivabradine can slow down the heart rate by inhibiting the automatic depolarization velocity of the sinus node in phase 4,thenwork in treating cardiovascular diseases.The present article summarizes the clinical application progress of ivabradine in cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
