皖北民俗体育发展存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：采用文献法、访谈法和田野调查法,对皖北民俗体育发展进行研究。研究发现,皖北民俗体育存在自然孕育环境受农村城镇化进程的影响、现代社会文明异化民俗体育文化的发展、急需政府的支持和投入、传承发展主体对传承使命的逐步背离、项目传承创新受经济发展水平影响等问题,认为应从优化政府管理职能鼓励社会力量参与、凝聚民间力量加强项目传承创新、建立学校研发平台提供技术智力支持、突出非遗文化价值弘扬民俗体育文化、构建评价交流机制促进区域比较发展等方面,对皖北民俗体育进行保护、传承与发展。By using the methods of literature,interview and field investigation,the development of folk sports in northern Anhui was studied.The research found that there are some problems in northern Anhui folk sports,such as the influence of natural breeding environment by the process of rural urbanization,the development of alienated folk sports culture in modern society,the lack of government support to hinder the development of folk sports,the departure of inheritance and development subjects from the thoughts and behaviors of the“mission”,and the influence of project inheritance and innovation by the level of economic development.It is believed that the protection,inheritance and development of folk sports in northern Anhui should be carried out from the aspects of optimizing government management functions to encourage the participation of social forces,gathering folk forces to strengthen project inheritance and innovation,establishing a research and development platform for schools to provide technical and intellectual support,highlighting the value of intangible cultural heritage to promote folk sports culture,and establishing an evaluation and exchange mechanism to promote regional comparative development.
