摘 要:为增强文化自信,提供徽学研究新视角,论述了徽州人的人格特征和积极价值,对现代人的人格建设和发展具有重要的借鉴意义。徽州人具有典型的精神面貌和人格特征,徽州人表现出中庸的人格特点:外向开拓又内敛保守;勤俭质朴又奢侈浮华;自尊骄傲又自卑谦谨;坚毅隐忍又尚气好义;聪敏清明又执拗狭隘。这些人格特点,矛盾而又统一于徽州人的血脉之中。徽州人的人格特征与独特的徽州地理环境、博大精深的徽州文化、独具特色徽州家庭教育有着重要的关系。探究徽州人人格特征中的积极人格品质,对于重振地方文化自信、丰富人格教育思想、丰富文化心理学和积极心理学的实证研究等方面都有着积极的价值。In order to enhance cultural self-confidence and provide a new perspective for Huizhou research,this paper discusses the personality characteristics and positive values of Huizhou people,which has important reference significance for the construction and development of modern people′s personality.Huizhou people have typical spi-ritual appearance and personality characteristics,and they show moderate personality characteristics:outgoing and pion eering but introverted and conservative;Thrifty,simple and extravagant;Self-esteem pride and inferiority modesty;Firm forbearance and righteousness;Bright and clear but stubborn and narrow.These personality characteristics are contradictory and unified in the blood of Huizhou people.The personality characteristics of Huizhou people have an important relationship with Huizhou′s unique geographical environment,extensive and profound Huizhou culture,and Huizhou′s unique family education.Exploring the positive personality qualities in the personality characteristics of Huizhou people has positive value in reviving local cultural self-confidence,enriching personality education i-deas,and enriching the empirical research of cultural psychology and positive psychology.
