民营企业产业工人思想政治状况调查研究——基于对芜湖市民营企业的实证调查

摘　　要：从芜湖市随机抽取的1274位民营企业产业工人为调查样本,在综合考虑工人年龄、学历、政治面貌的基础上,对民营企业产业工人思想政治现状进行调查。研究发现,民营企业产业工人思想政治状况总体向好,但在基本政治素养、道德水平、教育程度、劳动价值观念、自我职业认同感、法治意识方面还有所欠缺;同时,思想政治工作方面还存在思政工作者太少,内容、方式方法针对性不强的问题。基于此,提出从提升认识、优化内容、创新方法三个方面提升民营企业产业工人思想政治教育成效。Taking 1274 randomly selected industrial workers of private enterprises in Wuhu as the survey sample,the current ideological and political status of workers in private enterprises is investigated on the basis of the age,education and political outlook of workers.The study finds that the ideological and political situation of industrial workers in private enterprises is generally good,but there are still shortcomings in basic political literacy,moral level,education,labour values,self-professional identity and awareness of the rule of law;At the same time,in ideological and political work,there are still too few ideological and political workers,and the content,ways and methods are not targeted.Based on this,it is proposed to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for industrial workers in private enterprises in three aspects:raising awareness,optimizing content and innovating methods.
