摘  要:采用中国大学生心理健康筛查量表,对2017—2021级本科院校23289名大学新生进行心理普查。数据显示:(1)近五年新生总体心理健康状态良好,但网络成瘾、学业和就业压力是新生的主要困扰。(2)新生心理健康水平受性别、专业、“是否独生子女”和生源地等因素影响,且存在显著差异:女生的心理健康水平总体低于男生,女生多项指标得分显著高于男生;农村生源地的新生心理健康程度显著低于其他生源地新生;理科专业新生心理健康程度高于其他专业。综合近五年新生心理健康状态,提出了加强和改进新生心理健康教育工作的建议。A total of 23289 freshmen from Suzhou University from 2017 to 2021 were selected as subjects by using the Chinese College Student Mental Health Screening Scale to conduct a psychological survey.The data show that:(1)The overall mental health status of freshmen in the past five years is good,but internet addiction,academic and employment pressure are the main troubles of freshmen.(2)The mental health level of freshmen is affected by gender,major,whether they are the only child and the place of origin and there are significant differences.The mental health level of girls is generally lower than that of boys,and the scores of many indicators of girls are significantly higher than that of boys.The degree of mental health of freshmen in rural areas was significantly lower than that in other areas.The degree of mental health of freshmen majoring in science is higher than that of other majors.Based on the mental health status of freshmen in the past five years,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the mental health education of freshmen.
