铁路客车空调电源装置滤波器检修试验研究

摘　　要：铁路客车空调电源装置是DC 600 V电源装置的组成部分之一,也是重要的车载电气设备,其主电路中的滤波器用于提高EMI抗扰度。DC 600 V电源装置的设计标准和技术条件仅规定了滤波器外部尺寸和额定电流,对滤波器详细参数未给出具体值。电源装置检修规则对输出电压谐波含量(THD)试验未做要求,而检修技术条件增加了输出电压谐波含量试验测定要求。通过对各型滤波器的运用统计、滤波器试验标准分析,结合检修试验情况,对电源装置滤波器功能试验及检修项目提出了建议。The air conditioner power supply device for railway passenger cars is a component of the DC 600 V power supply device and also an important on-board electric equipment.The filter in its main circuit is used for increasing the immunity to EMI.The design standard and the technical specification for the DC 600 V power supply device only defines the outer dimensions and the rated current of the filter without giving the precise values for the detailed parameters of the filter.The power supply device maintenance rules have no requirement for the total harmonic distortion(THD)of output voltage,while the technical specification for maintenance includes the requirement for testing and determining the THD of output voltage.Based on the operation statistics of different types of filters and the analysis of test standards for filter and combining the maintenance and testing situation,this article gives some suggestions for the functional tests and the maintenance items of the filter of power supply device.
