摘 要:出口铁路客车制动系统中的加速制动阀的主要作用是在列车紧急制动时加速排出制动主管的压力空气,以提高紧急制动波速。该阀与制动主管相连,应适应500 kPa和700 kPa两种定压,且当制动主管降到限定压力时应停止排风以节约压缩空气。文章介绍了加速制动阀的主要结构、性能参数和工作原理,并进行了型式试验验证,结果表明该阀各项技术参数符合相关标准和客户技术要求,达到实际装车要求。The main function of the accelerated brake valve in the braking system for the exported railway passenger car is to accelerate the discharge of pressured air in the main brake pipe when the train applies the emergency braking in order to increase the emergency braking propagation rate.Connected to the main brake pipe,this valve should be adapted to two fixed pressures of 500 kPa and 700 kPa and stop exhausting air when the air pressure in the main brake pipe drops to the limit pressure in order to save compressed air.This article describes the main structure,the performance parameters and the working principle of this valve and makes the type test verification.The test result shows that all the technical parameters of this valve comply with the relevant standards and the technical requirements of the customer and meet the requirements of installation on car.
