摘 要:介绍了共轨泵用进油计量阀的工作原理和应用需求,分析了对其进行流量扩展的必要性。研究了以下3种扩展方式:保持工作行程不变,优化节流口形状;增大工作行程,优化电磁特性;多个计量阀并联,优化低压油路。搭建了进油计量阀流量测试系统,对前2种扩展方案的试制样品进行了测试,得出了其流量特性曲线,验证了流量扩展方案的可行性。The operating principle and application requirements of inlet metering valve on common rail pump are introduced.It's necessary to extend the flow rate of valve.There are three methods to achieve it:keeping the working stroke constant and optimizing the shape of orifice;increasing the working stroke and optimizing the electromagnetic characteristic;multipling several valves and optimizing the low pressure oil passage.Test-bench flow characteristic was investigated.Comparative experiments on different samples according to the first two schemes were carried out.At last,experimental results of the flow characteristic curves were analyzed.The results indicate that the methods of flow extension are realizable.
