转子锥度和泵体粗糙度对DCT油泵的影响

摘  要:相较于旧款双离合变速箱(DCT)油泵,优化设计的新款油泵在节能效果方面得到了有效提升,但在自动变速箱试验测试阶段,出现了外转子卡死的故障。拆解检测分析后初步判断原因可能为外转子外圆的锥度过大和泵体转子孔壁粗糙度较差,进一步的试验验证结果表明正是这2个原因导致了外转子卡死的故障发生。通过新旧款油泵设计差异对比分析,旧款油泵的设计可靠性高于新款油泵;通过实物质量排查,旧款油泵的零部件质量水平也高于新款油泵;故障再现试验表明在设计新款油泵时没有充分考虑锥度和粗糙度对油泵转子工作质量的影响,导致出现外转子烧蚀进而卡死的质量问题。针对故障问题增加新款油泵外转子外圆与泵体转子孔锥度要求不大于0.01mm,以及将泵体转子孔壁粗糙度修改为Ra≤1.2后,转子转动更为灵活、顺畅,通过批量装机试验,未再出现转子卡死问题,在确保节能效果的基础上提高了油泵运行的可靠性。The design of the new DCT automatic transmission oil pump has been optimized,which has ffectively improved its energy-saving effect compared to the old model.However,during the automatic transmission test phase,there was a problem of the outer rotor getting stuck.The preliminary analysis of disassembly and inspection indicates that the reasons may be the excessive taper of the outer circle of the outer rotor and the poor roughness of the pump rotor hole wall.Further experimental verification results indicate that these two reasons are the cause of the malfunction of the outer rotor being stuck.Through comparative analysis of the design differences be-tween the old and new oil pumps,it is found that the reliability of the old oil pump design is higher than that of the new oil pump;Through physical quality inspection,the quality level of the components of the old oil pump is also higher than that of the new oil pump;The reappearing test verification of faults indicates that the influence of taper and roughness on the working quality of the oil pumprotor was not fully verified during the design of the new oil pump,resulting in quality issues such as rotor erosion and jamming.In response to the fault issue,the requirement for the taper between the outer circle of the outer rotor and the rotor hole of the pump body to be≤0.01 mm was added,and the roughness of the rotor hole of the new oil pump body was modified to Ra≤1.2.The rotor ro-tation became more flexible and smooth.Through batch installation tests,no rotor jamming problem occurred again,which improved the reliability of the oil pump operation while ensuring energy-saving effects.
