不同回用途径下再生水中药物对人体健康与生态风险评价

摘  要:随着再生水的广泛应用,十分有必要对其在回用过程中对人体健康以及水生态环境带来的潜在风险进行评价。以氧氟沙星(OFL)、罗红霉素(ROX)、磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)、四环素(TC)以及对乙酰氨基酚(AP)5种典型药物为研究对象,对再生水在城市绿化、道路降尘、景观用水、家用绿化、冲洗厕所等5种不同回用途径下对人体健康造成的潜在风险进行了评价,并对该再生水用作河道生态补水时造成的潜在生态风险进行了评价。结果表明,污水处理厂三级出水中的药物残留在各回用途径中对暴露人群造成的健康风险可忽略。再生水补给河道舞阳路河段和入海口河段均是OFL残留浓度处于中风险且都接近1;舞阳路河段ROX,AP呈现低风险,SMZ与TC对该河段生态环境的风险不显著;入海口河段ROX,TC以及AP呈现低风险,SMZ对该河段生态环境的风险不显著。With the wide application of reclaimed water,it is extremely necessary to evaluate the potential risks of reclaimed water to human health and the aquatic ecological environment during its reuse.In this study,five typical drugs,Ofloxacin(OFL),Roxithromycin(ROX),Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),Tetracycline(TC)and Acetaminophen(AP),were taken as research objects,and the potential risks of reclaimed water to human health were assessed under the five different reuse ways of urban greening,road dust reducing,landscape watering,household greening and toilet flushing.Furthermore,the potential ecological risks of reclaimed water were also evaluated when it was used as ecological water replenishment for rivers.The results indicated that the health risks to the exposed population caused by the drug residues in the tertiary effluent of the sewage treatment plant under each reuse way can be negligible.In both Wuyang Road reach and the estuary reach,OFL presented medium risk,which is close to 1.ROX and AP presented low risk in Wuyang Road reach,and the risks of SMZ and TC were insignificant.ROX,TC and AP exhibited low risk in the estuary reach,and the risk of SMZ was insignificant.
