慢性前列腺炎的古病名探究

摘　　要：现代医学中的慢性前列腺炎在中医学并无此病名,但是有关慢性前列腺炎这一疾病的临床症状以及各种病理表现,却在中医古籍中有诸多记载。通过查阅大量有关历史文献资料,研读并分析中医学及古代医籍中对于慢性前列腺炎的病因、病机、病位以及防治原理方面的相关记述,对“淋证”“精浊”“白浊”“白淫”“疝”“浊病”“肾虚腰痛”“淋浊”等病名进行深度研究,力求从中医学角度中来分析慢性前列腺炎的相关症状,为学习和研究慢性前列腺炎的治疗提供更多思路;同时结合现代医学对慢性前列腺炎的认识,认为慢性前列腺炎属于中医学“精浊”病的范畴更加合理。Chronic prostatitis in modern medicine has no name in traditional Chinese medicine,but the clinical symptoms and various pathological manifestations of chronic prostatitis are recorded in ancient Chinese medicine books.The author consults a large number of relevant historical documents,studies and analyzes the relevant descriptions of the etiology,pathogenesis,location and prevention and treatment principles of chronic prostatitis in traditional Chinese medicine and ancient medical books,and conducts in-depth research on the names of diseases such as linzheng,jingzhuo,baizhuo,baiyin,shan,zhuobing,lumbago due to kidney deficiency,and linzhuo in order to analyze the related symptoms of chronic prostatitis from the perspective of TCM and provide more ideas for learning and studying the treatment of chronic prostatitis.At the same time,combining with the understanding of chronic prostatitis in modern medicine,the author thinks that chronic prostatitis belongs to the category of“jingzhuo”in TCM,which is more reasonable.
