摘  要:目的:探讨电针督脉穴对认知障碍大鼠大脑皮层微循环血流量的影响。方法:将21只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电针组,每组7只。假手术组只分离左侧大脑中动脉,不结扎不插栓线;模型组、电针组采用左侧大脑中动脉栓塞再灌注法,制备血管性认知障碍大鼠模型。假手术组、模型组抓取后不予任何治疗;电针组连续电针神庭、百会穴7 d。通过神经行为学评分判断各组大鼠神经功能缺损程度,Morris水迷宫测定学习记忆能力,激光散斑血流仪观察大脑皮层微循环血流灌注量(MBPU)。结果:与假手术组比较,认知障碍模型大鼠神经行为学评分明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);水迷宫定位航行总路程明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而中心区域百分比和穿越有效区间次数均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患侧大脑皮层MBPU明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电针后,电针组大鼠神经行为学评分较模型组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);定位航行总路程明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中心区域百分比和穿越有效区间次数均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患侧大脑皮层MBPU明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针督脉穴可能通过调理督脉,增加皮层微循环血流灌注量,减轻认知障碍大鼠神经功能缺损程度,改善学习记忆能力。Objective:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture at acupoints along the governor meridian on cerebral cortex microcirculation blood flow in rats with cognitive impairment.Methods:Twenty-one SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group,model group and electroacupuncture group,with 7 rats in each group.In the sham-operated group,only the left middle cerebral artery was isolated without ligation or insertion;left middle cerebral artery occlusion were used in the model group and the electroacupuncture group to prepare the rat model of vascular cognitive impairment.The rats in the sham-operated group and the model group did not receive any treatment;electroacupuncture was applied to Shenting and Baihui acupoints for 7 days in the electroacupuncture group.The degree of neurological deficit was determined by neurobehavioral score,the ability of learning and memory was measured by Morris water maze,and the microcirculation blood perfusion(MBPU)of cerebral cortex was observed by laser speckle blood flow meter.Results:Compared with the sham-operated group,neurobehavioral scores of cognitive impairment model rats were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total navigation distance of water maze positioning was significantly extended,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The percentage of the central region and the times of crossing the effective bargaining section decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The MBPU of the affected cerebral cortex was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After electroacupuncture,the neurobehavioral scores of rats in electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those of the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total distance of positioning navigation was significantly shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The percentage of the central region and the times of cro
