苏桔口服液联合中药封包治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型支气管炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究苏桔口服液配合中药封包治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例广东省第二中医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的小儿痰湿蕴肺型支气管炎患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用苏桔口服液配合中药封包治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、血清炎症因子及Toll样受体4(TLR4)、核转录-κB p65 mRNA(NF-κB p65 mRNA)水平。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者白介素(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者TLR4、NF-κB p65 mRNA水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苏桔口服液配合中药封包治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型支气管炎具有良好的临床疗效,可有效降低患儿的血清炎症因子及TLR4、NF-κB p65 mRNA水平。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Sugie Oral Liquid combined with Chinese herbs encapsulation in the treatment of bronchitis in children due to phlegm-dampness obstruction in lung.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,80 children with bronchitis due to phlegm-dampness obstruction in lung admitted to the Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Sugie Oral Liquid combined with Chinese herbs encapsulation.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),nuclear transcription-κB p65 mRNA(NF-κB p65 mRNA)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mRNA levels of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in the two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sugie Oral Liquid combined with Chinese herbs encapsulation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of bronchitis in children due to phlegm-dampness obstruction in lung,which can effectively reduce the serum inflammatory factors and TLR4,NF-κB p65 mRNA levels in children.
