摘 要:沙坦类制药废水经生化处理后的外排尾水仍残留有溶解性有机物(DOM),需要深度处理。掺硼金刚石(BDD)薄膜类形稳电极是水处理领域的主要材料。剖析了沙坦类制药生化尾水的荧光特征,评估了BDD/Si-Ti电极体系深度处理沙坦类制药生化尾水DOM的性能。结果表明:沙坦类制药生化尾水有2种独立荧光组分,其中色氨酸组分(中心激发波长=250 nm,中心发射波长=350 nm)是特征荧光组分;BDD/Si-Ti电极体系深度处理沙坦类制药生化尾水的经济电流密度为10~15 mA/cm^(2)。傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析显示,共轭有机物及共轭基团是此类尾水荧光的主要来源,共轭结构被BDD/Si-Ti电极体系有效分解,生成烷烃类物质,因此电解60 min后荧光基本消失。Dissolved organic matter(DOM)still remains in effluent of satan pharmaceuticals after biochemical treatment,and requires deep treatment.Boron-doped diamond(BDD)thin film-like shape-stabilized electrodes are the main material in the field of wastewater treatment.In this paper,the fluorescent characteristics of biochemical effluent of sartan pharmaceuticals were studied,and the performance of the BDD/Si-Ti electrode system for deep treatment of DOM in biochemical effluent of sartan pharmaceuticals was evaluated.The results showed that two independent fluorescence components existed in biochemical effluent of sartan pharmaceuticals,among which tryptophan component(central excitation wavelength was 250 nm,and central emission wavelength was 350 nm)was the characteristic fluorescence component.The economic current density of the BDD/Si-Ti electrode system for deep treatment of biochemical wastewater of sartan pharmaceuticals was 10-15 mA/cm^(2).Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis showed that conjugated organic substances and conjugated groups mainly caused the fluorescence of these effluents,the conjugated structure was effectively decomposed into alkanes by the BDD/Si-Ti electrode system,and therefore the fluorescence completely disappeared after electrolysis of 60 min.
