摘 要:针对西北寒旱地区农村生活污水治理模式选择缺乏科学性量化指标的难题,构建了基于全生命周期成本理念的农村污水两级决策费用模型,以临界纳管距离作为纳管与就地处理模式的经济判据,以经济集中度作为集中式和分散式污水处理模式的经济判据。以西北寒旱地区69个农村典型污水治理实际工程为基础数据,模拟计算了模型参数,并以青海省大通县为例实现模型的应用校核。结果表明:模型可用于决策西北寒旱地区农村生活污水治理模式;以信息收集、分析和数学建模相结合的方法可为西北寒旱地区农村生活污水治理模式选择的合理性和经济性决策提供科学依据。In response to the challenge of the lack of scientifically quantifiable indicators for selecting rural domestic wastewater treatment modes in the cold and arid regions of northwest China,a two-tier decision cost model for rural sewage was constructed based on the concept of the full life cycle cost.The critical pipe distance was employed as the economic criterion for choosing between pipe-collected and on-site treatment modes,while economic concentration was used as the economic criterion for centralized and decentralized sewage treatment modes.Using data from 69 actual rural sewage treatment projects in the cold and arid regions of northwest China as the foundational dataset,the model parameters were simulated and calculated.The application and verification of the model were demonstrated taking Datong County,Qinghai Province,as an example.The results indicated that the model was applicable for decision-making regarding rural domestic wastewater treatment modes in the cold and arid regions of northwest China.The combination of information collection,analysis,and mathematical modeling provided a scientific basis for rational and economical decision-making in the selection of rural domestic wastewater treatment modes in the cold and arid regions of northwest China.
