摘  要:选择贵州省典型汞矿区(万山、铜仁、松桃、务川、开阳汞矿)为研究区域,采集汞矿区自然生长的蜈蚣草(Pteris vittata L.)及其根际土壤,分析根际土壤和蜈蚣草中重金属含量分布特征,并评价蜈蚣草对不同重金属的富集能力。结果表明,汞矿区蜈蚣草根际土壤重金属(Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Sb和Pb)质量浓度为0.15~5827.45 mg/kg,采用地累积指数法评价可知,根际土壤存在一定程度的Cd、Sb、Pb和As污染。蜈蚣草对不同重金属的富集能力差异较大,对汞矿区As和Zn污染土壤修复有一定作用。The typical mercury mining areas(Wanshan,Tongren,Songtao,Wuchuan and Kaiyang Mercury Mine)in Guizhou Province were selected as the research areas.The concentrations of different heavy metals in the naturally growing Pteris vittata L.and its rhizosphere soil were studied,the distribution characteristics were analyzed and the ability to accumulate different heavy metals in Pteris vittata L.were evaluated.The research results indicated that the heavy metals(Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Sb and Pb)in the rhizosphere soil of Pteris vittata L.in the mercury mining areas ranged from 0.15 to 5827.45 mg/kg.According to the geo-accumulation index,there was a certain degree of Cd,Sb,Pb and As pollution in the rhizosphere soil.Pteris vittata L.had significant differences on the enrichment ability of different heavy metals,and had certain effect in remediation of As and Zn contaminated soil in mercury mining areas.
