摘 要:在“双碳”目标的背景下,挥发性有机物(VOCs)燃烧处理能否达到减污降碳协同效果并实现环境效益值得研究。选取了典型精细化工行业7台VOCs燃烧治理设备,实测分析了这些设备对VOCs与光化学反应活性的削减效果以及对温室气体排放的影响,并进一步计算了减污降碳协同效果及其环境影响负荷。结果表明,7台设备对进口质量浓度为11.25~1963.16 mg/m^(3)的VOCs废气及其光化学反应活性的处理效率分别超过95%与93%,各设备VOCs与温室气体减排的协同效应系数为-145.20~4.59,而臭氧与温室气体减排的协同效应系数为-91.36~7.37,使用燃烧法治理VOCs会造成温室气体排放;但综合全球变暖以及光化学臭氧合成潜势权重后,燃烧法治理VOCs总体上能实现环境效益(进口浓度过低的设备除外)。为进一步提高污染物与温室气体减排的协同效果,可从提高末端处理设施进口浓度、降低能源消耗等方面改进。In the context of the proposed“carbon emissions peak and carbon neutrality”,it is worth studying whether the combustion treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)can achieve the synergistic effect of pollution and carbon reduction and then achieve environmental benefits.Seven combustion equipments in the typical fine chemical industry were selected to analyze the reduction effect of VOCs and photochemical reactivity,as well as the impact on greenhouse gas emissions,and calculate the synergistic effect of pollution and carbon reduction and its environmental impact load.The results showed that the emission and activity reduction efficiency of 7 equipments were greater than 95%and 93%,respectively,when the intake concentration of VOCs ranged from 11.25 to 1963.16 mg/m^(3).The synergistic effect coefficient values between VOCs and greenhouse gas emission reduction of each equipment ranged from-145.20 to 4.59,while the synergistic effect coefficient values between ozone and greenhouse gas emission reduction were from-91.36 to 7.37.Overall,the use of combustion technology caused greenhouse gas emission,but after considering the weight of global warming and photochemical ozone potential,combustion treatment of VOCs could achieve environmental benefits(except for equipment with too low intake concentration).In order to further improve the synergistic effect of pollutant and greenhouse gas emission reduction,it could be improved by increasing the input gas concentration of end-treatment equipment and then reducing energy consumption.
