摘　　要：综述产业链循环共生理念的发展历程;构建闽东北、闽西南协同发展区产业共生的三维立体循环模式;分析闽西山区、闽东北的沿海区和闽西南的沿海区的耦合共生机理;认为“飞地”产业链三维立体循环和共生耦合机制的构建要以长效激励为主,要在科研、金融等方面提供强有力的支持,让各主体在产业协作中找准自身定位,实现优势互补,通过政策引导逐步让市场发挥作用,激活产业动能,深化山海协作。The paper reviews the development process of the concept of circular symbiosis in the industrial chain;and constructs a three-dimensional circular model of industrial symbiosis in the collaborative development zone of Northeast and Southwest Fujian;then analyzes the coupling symbiotic mechanism of the mountainous areas in western Fujian,the coastal areas in northeastern Fujian,and the coastal areas in southwestern Fujian.It is believed that the construction of the three-dimensional circulation and symbiotic coupling mechanism of the"enclave"industrial chain should be mainly based on long-term incentives,and strong support should be provided in scientific research,finance,and other aspects to enable various entities to find their own positioning in industrial cooperation,achieve complementary advantages,and gradually enable the market to play a role through policy guidance,activate industrial momentum,and deepen mountain-sea cooperation.
