摘 要:社区是城市行政管理的最小空间单元,社区管理的重要内容是提高社区公共服务设施配置的水平和效率,满足居民对美好生活的追求。设施的可达性是评价设施配置是否合理的重要指标之一。文章以南京市建邺区融侨社区为例,应用城市网络分析工具(Urban Network Analysis Toolbox,UNA),从公平原则和效率原则出发,选取到达率指数、服务范围、最近设施、中间性四项指标,对该社区的公共服务设施步行可达性进行量化分析,最后总结出存在的问题,并从配置体系、空间布局、路网组织三个方面提出优化建议。Community is the smallest spatial unit in urban administrative management,and its important management content is to improve the level and efficiency of community public service facility configuration,and to meet the residents’pursuit for a better life.The accessibility of facilities is one of the important factors to evaluate whether the configuration of the facilities is reasonable.Taking Rongqiao Community in Jianye District,Nanjing as an example,this paper applies Urban Network Analysis Toolbox(UNA).Starting from the principles of fairness and efficiency,the paper selects four indicators of arrival rate index,service scope,nearest facilities and intermediateness,conducts quantitative analysis on the pedestrian accessibility of public service facilities in the community and summarizes the existing problems.Finally,the paper proposes optimization suggestions from three aspects of configuration system,spatial layout,and road network organization.
