摘　　要：进一步研究如何优化城市轨道交通场段用地及建筑规模,结合对以往建设经验的总结和归纳,以使用功能为基础,从节约用地、缩减建筑规模角度出发,确定主要设计内容,优化功能布局。分别从延伸检修修程、利用站线存车、合理布置形式、缩减用房规模四个方面进行研究分析,为后续其他场段的设计提供借鉴,以最大限度地减少场段用地及建筑规模,使新建线路在保证安全、可靠的同时,能达到控制建设投资的目的。The paper further studies how to optimize the land use and building scale of urban rail transit sections.Combined with the summary and induction of the previous construction experience,based on the use of functions,from the perspective of saving land and reducing building scale,the paper determines the main design content and optimizes the functional layout.Research and analysis will be conducted from four aspects of extending maintenance and repair procedures,utilizing station tracks for vehicle storage,reasonably making the layout,and reducing the size of buildings,in order to provide a reference for the design of other sections in the future,thus minimizing the land and building size of the sections and ensuring the safety and reliability of the newly-built lines,while also achieving the goal of controlling construction investment.
