全息视角下的既有城市工业区更新重构策略

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,既有城市工业区更新改造成为当前城市建设亟待解决的问题之一。应用全息论理论,从全息相似、全息对应、全息控制的维度,提出工业区更新思维方法与改造策略:提取既有城市工业区的空间结构全息胚,将全息胚更新重构于其他元素改造中;工业文化从时间维度推理演绎,利用文化信息的传递过程来更新改造传递媒介;通过对技术与设备进行价值判断,结合时空演变提出相应的改造策略。With the rapid development of urbanization,the renewal and reconstruction of the existing urban industrial zone has become one of the urgent problems in the current urban construction.Based on holography theory,from the dimensions of holographic similarity,holographic correspondence and holographic control,the thinking method and reconstruction strategy for the renewal of industrial zone are put forward.The holographic embryo of the spatial structure of the existing urban industrial zones is extracted to be used in the transformation of other elements after renewal and reconstruction.The industrial culture is deduced from the time dimension to renew and transform the transmission medium in the transmission process of cultural information.The value judgements are conducted on the technology and equipment.The corresponding transformation strategies are put forward in conjunction with the temporal and spatial evolution.
