商业综合体裙房屋面业态空间与造型整合设计研究

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快及人们对实体消费强烈体验感的需求,商业综合体中低利用率的裙房屋面为新型主题商业业态的出现提供了可用的场所,但新型商业业态空间的融入会对商业综合体的裙房造型产生影响,如何将两者很好地整合设计是本研究的主要内容和目的。本研究通过对商业综合体裙房屋面的空间及形体进行分类,总结了商业综合体裙房屋面新型主题业态空间与新建裙房造型、新增与改建裙房造型、设备空间造型及主题与气候应对等整合设计的方法,对商业综合体建筑设计具有一定实践指导性意义。With the acceleration of urbanization in China and people’s strong demand for physical consumption,the podium building’s roof,which is less utilized,of commercial complex provides an available venue for the emergence of new themed business formats.However,the integration of new commercial format space has an impact on the podium shape of commercial complex,and how to integrate them well is the main content and purpose of this paper.This paper classifies the space and forms of the podium building’s roof of commercial complex,and summarizes the integrated design methods for the new theme format space of the podium roof of commercial complex and the shape of the new podium,the additional construction and reconstruction of the shape of podium building,the shape of equipment space,and the theme to climate response,etc.,which has certain practical guiding significance for the architectural design of commercial complex.
