摘  要:随着城市经济高速发展,考虑到城市市民生存环境的有效保护,各种暗挖技术在城市市政建设中得到广泛使用。该施工工艺的应用性,对周边建筑物的保护、施工质量和安全适用性、降低施工风险,以及造价可控性具有较大的优势。城市区域已有建筑物和管线密布,暗挖工程距离建筑物基础和管线又比较近,文章就暗挖顶管施工工艺的实际案例对建筑物基础影响和施工监测进行具体分析,以供大家借鉴。With the rapid development of urban economy and considering the effective protection for the living environment of urban citizens,various concealed excavation techniques are widely used in urban municipal construction.The applicability of this construction process has greater advantages in terms of the protection of neighboring buildings,construction quality and safety applicability,reduction of construction risk and cost controllability.Urban areas have buildings and densely-packed pipelines,and the concealed excavation project is relatively close to its foundation and pipelines.Thus,this paper analyzes the actual cases of concealed pipe jacking construction process,and analyzes its impact on building foundation and construction monitoring for reference.
