摘  要:近年来,水平伸缩式隔离开关在电网中得到了广泛的应用,但其传动部件大多直接裸露在外,导致机械缺陷频发。目前其机械状态大多依靠人工手动操作经验判断,难以实现快速准确诊断。文中通过建立水平伸缩式隔离开关虚拟样机模型并搭建相应的试验平台,分析了其运动过程中力矩的变化趋势。对比正常状态与存在不同机械缺陷时的力矩—转角曲线,存在卡涩缺陷时合、分闸力矩均明显增大;存在平衡弹簧疲劳缺陷时分闸力矩增大但合闸力矩减小;存在动作不到位缺陷时合闸力矩末值增大或啮合阶段无典型波峰;存在三相不同期缺陷时合闸啮合阶段存在多个波峰。据此,提出了基于力矩-转角曲线的水平伸缩式隔离开关机械状态诊断方法,并以某变电站同型号隔离开关安装调试为例,验证在工程应用中可以通过该方法实现其机械状态快速准确诊断。In recent years,horizontal pantograph disconnector has been used widely in power grid.However,most of its drive parts are exposed outside,causing frequent occurrence of mechanical defects.At present,its mechanical state is judged mostly by manual operation experience,which is difficult to achieve rapid and accurate diagnosis.In this paper,the variation trend of torque in the movement process of disconnector is analyzed by way of setting up the virtual prototype model of the horizontal pantograph disconnector and building the corresponding test platform.The torque-angle curves in case of normal state and different mechanical defects are compared.Both closing and opening torque increase obviously under the jamming defect.While,in case of fatigue defect of the balance spring,the open-ing torque increases but the closing torque decreases.Furthermore,when there is a defect of incomplete action,the fi-nal value of the closing torque increases or there is no typical peak in the engagement stage.Also,in case of three phase asynchronous defects,there are multiple wave peaks in the engagement period.Hereby,the mechanical state diagnosis method of the horizontal pantograph disconnector based on torque-angle curve is proposed and the installa-tion and commissioning of same type disconnector in a substation are taken as examples to prove that the rapid and accurate diagnosis of its mechanical state can be realized by using this method in engineering applications.
