摘 要:随着国内外大容量远距离海上风电的开发,采用基于模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的柔性直流送出方式具有更大的经济优势。文中在介绍MMC工作原理和海上风电柔性直流送出拓扑基础上,提出了陆上换流站有源控制、海上换流站无源控制、陆上换流站直流耗能装置协调控制、海上换流站双联接变协调控制及系统启动顺序控制等核心控制策略;通过搭建基于实时数字仿真系统(real time digital simulation system,RTDS)的海上风电柔性直流送出控制保护系统仿真试验平台,分别进行了MMC充电、MMC解锁、海上换流站网侧交流电压升压、海上风电场并网、海上站单联接变故障退出、网侧交流故障穿越及MMC闭锁等项目的仿真试验,充分验证海上风电柔性直流送出系统核心控制策略的正确性,为未来的海上风电柔性直流送出工程应用提供了重要参考。With the development of large-capacity and long-distance offshore wind power both at home and abroad,the flexible DC output mode based on modular multilevel converter(MMC)has greater economic advantages.Based on the introduction of the working principle of MMC and the topology of offshore wind power flexible DC output,such core control strategies as active control of onshore converter station,passive control of offshore converter station,coor-dinated control of DC energy dissipation device of onshore converter station,coordinated control of dual-connection transformer of offshore converter station and system starting sequence control are proposed.By setting up a simula-tion test platform of offshore wind power flexible DC output control and protection system based on real time digital simulation system(RTDS),the simulation tests of MMC charging,MMC unlock,AC voltage increase on the power grid side of offshore converter station,grid connection of offshore wind power station,single connection transformer failure removal of offshore station,AC fault crossing on the power grid side and MMC block are performed respective-ly,which fully validates the correctness of the core control strategy of offshore wind power flexible DC output system and provides valuable reference to the future application of offshore wind power flexible DC transmission engineering.
