摘 要:传统运维检修模式下一线工作人员难以得到后方的支持与指导,运维效率取决于一线人员的专业素养,具有较强的随机性,为电网安全运行带来一定的不可控因素。为解决上述问题,提高运检效率,结合国家对电网数字化转型的要求,文中提出一种基于5G和AR技术的数字化运维方法,建立相应的辅助运检平台。引入三维激光扫描技术建立高保真GIS虚拟场景模型,通过数据可视化技术将GIS在线数据进行图形展示。同时采用图像识别技术实现设备识别与运检信息确认,利用AR人机交互及5G通讯技术实现工作人员与虚拟场景、远程专家之间的实时信息交互。该数字化运检平台可在运检全程叠加指引信息和操作要求,实时指导工作人员完成GIS运检工作。该成果已在特高压南阳站投入使用,有效的提高了运检效率,保障了运检操作的准确性,提升了电力设备运检数字水平。In the traditional operation and maintenance mode,it is difficult for front-line staff to get support and guid-ance from the rear,and the operation and maintenance efficiency completely depend on the professional quality of front-line staff,which has strong randomness and brings certain uncontrollable factors to the safe operation of power grid.For solving above problems and improving the efficiency of operation and inspection as well as combining with the requirements for the digital transformation of power grid in China,a digital operation and maintenance method based on 5G and AR technology is proposed in this paper.A corresponding auxiliary operation and inspection plat-form is set up.The 3D laser scanning technology is introduced to set up a high fidelity GIS virtual scene model,and the GIS online data is displayed graphically through data visualization technology.At the same time,image recogni-tion technology is used to achieve equipment identification and operation and inspection information confirmation,and AR human-machine interaction and 5G communication technology are used to achieve real-time information in-teraction among staff and virtual scenes as well as remote experts.The digital operation and inspection platform can overlay the guidance information and operation requirements in the whole process of operation and inspection,guid-ing the staff to complete the GIS operation and inspection work in real time.The results have been put into use in UHV Nanyang Substation,which effectively improving the operation and inspection efficiency,ensuring the accuracy of operation and inspection and improving the digital level of operation and inspection of power equipment.
